Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseen inclement weather, or re-routing due to address errors.

Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, items in unused condition can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

To start a return, please send an email to lauren.winters.design@gmail.com with your name and order number. Once your return has been approved, instructions will be sent for mailing it back. When your return is received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-7 business days.

Order Issues

If the wrong item was sent or something arrived damaged, reach out to lauren.winters.design@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of your damaged item(s). We’ll make it right - no extra shipping costs.
